A new twist on a Wisconsin Old Fashion
Our son Ben made for us May 2022
Ingredients
2 oz. Bullet bourbon
.75 oz. 100% pure apple juice
1 t. maple syrup
2 dashes aromatic bitters
1 orange
Instructions
Cut off peel of orange. Set it aside in a damp towel.
Combine bourbon, apple juice, maple syrup and bitters in an Old Fashioned glass of choice and add one large piece or several smaller pieces of ice; stir briefly.
Twist the orange peel over glass to express the essential oils.
NOTE: If you don’t have an orange on hand, you can substitute a drop of good quality orange bitters.
