Soft, stackable, shiny & simple
                    Mix powdered milk, vanilla and corn syrup with an electric mixer; adding milk, a little at a tim,e to reach desired consistency.
Add food coloring to reach desired color.
Use a spreader to frost your favorite cut out cookies.
Decorate with sprinkles or sugars as desired and allow icing to set (see note below).
Store cookies in an air tight container. DO NOT REFRIGERATE - frosting will get dull and lose it's shine
