Adjust recipe to make more than 1 drink.
These are especially good with my Chocolate Greek Yogurt Banana Muffins
1 large ripe banana, sliced
1 c. cold milk (dairy or plant-based)
1/4 c. plain Greek yogurt (no fat or low fat)
1 /4 c. smooth peanut butter
1 Tbls. honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
3/4 c. ice cubes
Slice the banana and measure out all ingredients for easy blending.
In a high-speed blender, combine the banana, milk, plain yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and ice cubes. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until the mixture is silky smooth and well-combined.
Pour into chilled glasses and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and texture.
Makes 1 to 2 drinks depending on size.
