1 (8) oz. pkg. low-fat cream cheese
1 can cream of potato soup
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 small can deveined shrimp (divided)
1-2 t. onion (finely chopped)
1/2 t. horseradish sauce
1/2 c. slivered almonds
8 oz. grated low-fat cheddar cheese (divided)
crackers or chips
Mix cream cheese and soup.
Add shrimp, onion, horseradish, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Spread 1/2 of shrimp mixture in bottom of greased 9" deep-dish pie pan. Sprinkle with almonds and 1/2 of cheddar cheese.
Add remaining shrimp mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with crackers or chips.
