Uses common ingredients you probably have on hand
Sprinkle on any grilled, baked or pan seared chicken for a fantastic flavor.
1-1/2 t. kosher salt
1-1/2 t. smoked paprika
1 t. black pepper
1/2 t. dried rosemary
1/2 t. dried parsley
1/2 t. dried thyme
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. onion powder
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
zest from half a lemon (2 t.)
Use a fork to mix all ingredients in a bowl.
When ready to use, coat chicken with a little olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Marinate in refrigerator for a few hours before cooking or grilling.
Seasoning mix can be stored in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
