4 - 6 boneless pork loin chops
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. minced parsley
1/4 c. good balsamic vinegar (18 yr or older)
1/4 c. low sodium soy sauce
2 Tbls. olive oil
1 t. minced garlic
1/2 t. pepper
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix. Set aside 1/2 cup. Pour the remainder into a Ziploc bag, add chops and marinate for 8 hours or overnight.
Drain and discard marinade. Grill covered over medium heat 10-15 minutes on each side (170 degrees). When chops are done tent with foil for 10 minutes before serving.
Slowly heat the marinade you set aside; keep warm until chops are done. Remove chops to a serving platter and pour marinade over all.
