4 boneless pork chops
2 Tbls. Kikkoman low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbls. dry sherry
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chops in a heavy plastic Ziploc bag.
Refrigerate 2-24 hours.
Remove chops from marinade and grill over medium-hot coals.
Discard marinade.
