1 (8) oz. pkg. low-fat cream cheese
2 t. onion flakes
2 Tbls. milk
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/3 lb. dried beef from Deli or meat vendor
1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped pecans
crackers of your choice
Blend cream cheese and milk.
Chop the dried beef and add.
Add other ingredients and lastly fold in sour cream. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve as spread for crackers.
