A great addition to your morning breakfast
Other flavor choices: pineapple, strawberry or blueberry yogurt with fruit to match.
1 c. fresh or frozen mango or pineapple chunks
1 med. to large banana sliced (slightly frozen for extra creaminess)
1/4 c. freshly squeeze orange juice (or store bought)
1/2 c. Greek mango, pineapple or plain yogurt
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbls. honey
handful of ice cubes (for a thicker smoothie)
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
