2 Tbls. butter
1/4 c. dark brown sugar
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/4 c. orange juice
3 bananas, sliced in 1-inch pieces
frozen vanilla yogurt or vanilla ice cream
Heat butter in small skillet, on medium heat, until melted. Add brown sugar, cinnamon and orange juice and cook, stirring frequently, until simmering (a couple minutes until it gets a little thick).
Cut bananas in 1-inch pieces. Add bananas to juice mixture, cooking 3-5 minutes, turning as needed to coat with mixture.
Serve over scoops of frozen yogurt in individual dishes.
