This recipe will season 6 chicken breasts.

1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 t. Lawry’s season salt
1/2 t. poultry seasoning
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. paprika
1/4 t. dried basil
Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
Coat 4 chicken breasts with a little olive oil and rub seasoning mix all over each chicken breast.
Grill or bake in oven.
Oven Method: coat skinless chicken breasts with olive oil, sprinkle seasoning overall and refrigerate several hours. When ready to cook, melt 1 tablespoon butter and a little olive oil in an oven proof fry pan. Brown chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer to 350 degree oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
