Dirty Snowball
Replicated recipe from the famous Cleo's Brown Beam Bar on College Ave., Appleton, their signature drink.
I altered the original recipe a bit, we preferred a little less sweetness and a little more vodka.
Ingredients
2 oz. dark cream de cocoa
3 oz. Kahlua
4 oz. vodka
3 oz. half & half
ice cubes, to desired consistency
maraschino cherries, for garnish
Instructions
Mix cream de cocoa, Kahlua, vodka, half & half and ice cubes in a blender.
Pour into (2) glasses, top with a maraschino cherry if desired and enjoy!
NOTE:
Drink with a straw; makes 2 drinks.
Original recipe: 1 part vodka, 2 parts cream de cacao, 2 parts Kahlua and splash of cream. Ice for desired consistency.
