2 t. minced garlic
1 t. good balsamic vinegar (18 year or older)
1/2 t. dried Italian Seasoning
1/2 t. dried parsley flakes
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. coarse pepper
1/8 t. red pepper flakes
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
In a small shallow bowl, add garlic, balsamic vinegar, herbs and spices; whisk to combine. Pour in olive oil and stir just a bit to blend.
Dip slices of warm artisan bread and enjoy.
