Dipping Oil: Italian & Garlic
Ingredients
  • 2 t. minced garlic

  • 1 t. good balsamic vinegar (18 year or older)

  • 1/2 t. dried Italian Seasoning

  • 1/2 t. dried parsley flakes

  • 1/2 t. salt

  • 1/4 t. coarse pepper

  • 1/8 t. red pepper flakes


  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

In a small shallow bowl, add garlic, balsamic vinegar, herbs and spices; whisk to combine. Pour in olive oil and stir just a bit to blend.

Dip slices of warm artisan bread and enjoy. 

NOTE:

Cut recipe in half for 2 people
