Quiche: Crustless Loaded with Ham & Cheese

This quiche is perfect for brunch and can be served warm or at room temperature.
Great way to use leftover ham from the holidays.


Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 t. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1-1/2 c. cooked ham, diced
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. diced green pepper, optional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Grease a 9-inch pie dish or quiche pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in ham, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions and diced peppers, if using.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set and lightly golden.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
NOTE: Serves 4-6
