This is equivalent to something that would be on a menu at an upscale restaurant or wine bar.
The Maple Honey Vinaigrette is delicious.
2 personal size flatbread or naan
1 c. goat cheese, crumbled
2/3 c. dried cranberries
4 Tbls. walnuts, toasted and chopped
2 Tbls. fresh rosemary, finely chopped
2 Tbls. olive oil
2 Tbls. maple syrup
2 Tbls. honey
2 t. apple cider vinegar
pinch of salt and black pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place flatbread or Naan on a baking sheet.
Top each flatbread or Naan with crumbled goat cheese, cranberries, walnuts, and rosemary.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is slightly melted and edges are crisp.
Meanwhile, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the vinaigrette.
Remove flatbread or Naan from oven, generously drizzle with maple-honey vinaigrette.
Slice and serve warm.
