The texture is amazing.
You can garnish with whatever toppings you prefer.
1 c. plain Greek yogurt (Fage or Chobani), I use 0% or 2% fat
2 Tbls. unsweetened cocoa powder
1-1/2 Tbls. to 2 Tbls. honey or maple syrup
1 Tbls. mini chocolate chips (more for garnish, if desired)
fresh raspberries or strawberries, for garnish
In a medium mixing bowl, mix yogurt, cocoa powder and honey or maple syrup until smooth.
Stir in mini chocolate chips, if desired. Spoon into little jars or dessert cups and refrigerate several hours.
When ready to serve, top with additional chocolate chips and or a few berries of choice.
