You can oven roast or saute in a pan.

1 to 2 small zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch thick, cut in half
1 to 2 small yellow squash, sliced 1/4-inch thick, cut in half or quartered
olive oil
steak seasoning
seasoning salt
coarse black pepper
oregano
In a large bowl, toss the zucchini and squash in olive oil.
Sprinkle with steak seasoning, seasoning salt, coarse black pepper and oregano.
Spread the squash and zucchini on a foil-lined cookie sheet in an even layer.
Roast at 400 degrees for 20 minutes for perfectly tender baked squash and zucchini.
