Veggie Roll Ups
Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. 8-inch flour tortillas

  • 1/2 c. chopped cauliflower

  • 8 oz. low-fat cream cheese

  • 1/2 c. chopped broccoli

  • 1 pkg. (2.5 oz.) dried beef

  • 1/4 c. green onions, sliced

  • 1/4 c. black olives, chopped or sliced

Instructions

Mix cream cheese, dried beef and vegetables. Spread on tortillas and roll up. Place seam side down in a sealed container, or wrap in plastic wrap for a couple hours.

When ready to serve, slice in 1/4-inch slices and serve.
