1 pkg. of whole wheat flour tortilla shells (large)
8 oz. low-fat cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/3 c. chunky salsa
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/2 t. chili powder
extra salsa for dipping
Mix all of the above ingredients together. Spread on large flour tortilla shells. Roll the tortillas up like a jellyroll. Place face down in a pan.
Chill for a couple of hours. Slice into bite-size pieces and serve with salsa.
