8 oz. pkg. low-fat cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. toffee bits (brickle, not chocolate)
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 c. pineapple juice or white soda
apples, sliced
Combine the brown sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla and cream cheese in a bowl; beat at medium speed with a mixer until smooth. Add toffee bits and mix well. Cover and chill.
Combine juice (or white soda) and apples in a bowl, toss well. Drain and serve with dip.
