1 Tbls. chili powder
1-1/2 t. cumin
1 t. sea salt
½ t. paprika
¼ t. garlic powder
¼ t. onion powder
¼ t. oregano
¼ t. red pepper flakes
1/2 - 1 c. water
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or jar. Mix together or put lid on jar and shake to combine.
Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
Normally to use with 1 lb. of meat (ground beef/chicken or shredded chicken/pork), add 3 tablespoons seasoning mix with 1/2 c. to 1 c. water and simmer until all liquid is absorbed.
