2-1/3 c. Bisquick Mix
3 Tbls. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbls. sugar
fresh strawberries
8 oz. container of Truwhip (a healthier version of Cool Whip) or fresh whipped cream
Mix all ingredients until a soft dough forms.
Drop by large tablespoons onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and slice lengthwise and top with fresh strawberries and Truwhip.
