1 lb. of your favorite steak (tenderloin, flank, sirloin etc.)
1/8 c. + 2 t. low sodium soy sauce
¼ c. olive oil
1/8 c. + 2 t. fresh lemon juice
1/8 c. Worcestershire sauce
2-1/4 t. garlic powder
1 Tbls. + 1-1/2 t. dried basil
2-1/4 t. dried parsley flakes
½ t. ground white pepper
1/8 t. hot pepper sauce, optional
1 small garlic clove, minced, optional
Place soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, basil, parsley and pepper in a mini food processor.
Add hot pepper sauce and minced garlic if desired. Mix on high for 30 seconds.
Pour marinade over meat.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. Drain marinade and cook meat as desired.
