fresh baby spinach for 4, washed
2 c. sliced strawberries
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1/8 c. chopped pecans, toasted
3 Tbls. olive oil
2 Tbls. white sugar
1-1/2 Tbls. white or good dark balsamic vinegar (18 yr or older)
1 t. poppy seeds
1-1/2 t. sesame seeds, optional
1-1/2 t. chopped onion
1/8 t. paprika
1/8 t. Worcestershire sauce
Place the ingredients in the left column in a jar with or container with a tight fitting lid; shake well. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove about 20 minutes before serving.
Combine spinach, strawberries, kiwi and pecans in a salad bowl.
Shake dressing and drizzle over salad; toss to coat.
