1 c. Hellmann’s light mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine
1 c. low-fat sour cream
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained
1 Pkg. Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
small onion, diced fine
cocktail rye slices, crackers or pumpernickel bread
Mix all together and serve the following day.
Serve on cocktail rye, crackers or pumpernickel bread.
