2 c. torn fresh spinach
2 c. torn romaine lettuce
1 c. diced, unpeeled apple (delicious)
1/4 c. chopped sweet onion
1/4 c. raisins (optional)
2 Tbls. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbls. canola oil
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. sugar
In a small bowl, mix vinegar, oil, salt & sugar and mix well.
Add apple and onions; toss lightly. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
Just before serving combine with greens and toss.
