Good on chicken, pork or any meat/seafood that you want a Southwestern flavor.
2 t. sea salt
2 t. smoked paprika
2 t. chili powder
1 t. black pepper
1 t. cumin
1 t. Mexican oregano (or marjoram is a good substitute)
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. onion powder
½ t. cayenne pepper
½ t. crushed red pepper flakes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and use a fork to break up any clumps. Store in a cool dry place for in refrigerator.
