Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Toppers

Easy appetizer to make that goes over well with guests

Ingredients
  • 24 Triscuit crackers: sea salt & olive oil or Dill flavored

  • 1 c. whipped plain cream cheese

  • 5 oz. smoked salmon, cut into 24 pieces

  • ΒΌ c. capers, rinsed (2-3 per cracker)

  • 24 small sprigs fresh dill

Instructions

Spread crackers with cream cheese.

Top with 2-3 capers, a piece of salmon and a little fresh dill.

Place on a platter to serve.

NOTE: Serves 12 (2 per person). To make more, adjust ingredients accordingly.
