Easy appetizer to make that goes over well with guests
24 Triscuit crackers: sea salt & olive oil or Dill flavored
1 c. whipped plain cream cheese
5 oz. smoked salmon, cut into 24 pieces
ΒΌ c. capers, rinsed (2-3 per cracker)
24 small sprigs fresh dill
Spread crackers with cream cheese.
Top with 2-3 capers, a piece of salmon and a little fresh dill.
Place on a platter to serve.
