I like using cran-rasberry with rainbow sherbet.
12 oz. can frozen fruit juice concentrate (apple, pineapple, orange, raspberry, etc.)
6 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 pint fruit sherbet, softened
1-1/2 c. water
Assorted non-alcoholic mixers (club soda, lemon-lime soda, rum, vodka, etc.)
Fresh fruit garnishes (berries, orange, lemon or lime slices)
Place frozen concentrates in a large freeze container or bowl; Let stand 10 minutes or until thawed slightly. Add sherbet and water; stir well. Cover and freeze until firm.
To serve, let frozen mixture stand at room temperature 10 minutes.
For each serving, scoop about 1/4 c. frozen mixture into a tall glass (use an ice cream scoop). Add mixer and garnish.
