2-1/2 c. frozen salad shrimp, thawed and cooked
2 c. broccoli florets
1-1/2 c. cooked spiral pasta
1/3 c. each of red, green & yellow peppers
1/3 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. low-fat mayonnaise (Hellman's with olive oil)
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing (Wishbone)
1/4 t. dill weed
In a bowl, combine shrimp, broccoli, pasta, peppers and onions.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, salad dressing and dill. Pour over shrimp mixture and toss to coat.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
