1 head of lettuce, shredded
1 green pepper, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
1 small bag of frozen peas
3 hard-boiled eggs, crumbled
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2-1/4 c. low-fat Hellman's mayonnaise
3 Tbls. white sugar
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Layer lettuce, green pepper, celery, onion, water chestnuts and frozen peas in a 9 x 13" dish.
Mix mayo, sugar and Parmesan cheese and spread over pea layer.
Sprinkle on eggs and bacon; refrigerate overnight.
