red potatoes for 6 people
3 Tbls. butter
1 Tbls. water
2 Tbls. canola or olive oil
pepper to taste
1/2 t. onion powder
1 t. garlic salt
parsley or dill (your choice) to taste
Melt butter; add oil, water, and seasonings. Set aside.
Cut potatoes into small chunks. Place in a shallow baking dish (9 x 13" pan or roasting pan).
Pour butter or margarine mixture over potatoes and toss to coat; sprinkle with parsley or dill.
Bake at 400 degrees, uncovered 35-40 minutes. Stir occasionally.
