Red Potatoes: Roasted
Ingredients
  • red potatoes for 6 people

  • 3 Tbls. butter

  • 1 Tbls. water

  • 2 Tbls. canola or olive oil

  • pepper to taste

  • 1/2 t. onion powder

  • 1 t. garlic salt

  • parsley or dill (your choice) to taste

Instructions

Melt butter; add oil, water, and seasonings. Set aside.

Cut potatoes into small chunks. Place in a shallow baking dish (9 x 13" pan or roasting pan).

Pour butter or margarine mixture over potatoes and toss to coat; sprinkle with parsley or dill.

Bake at 400 degrees, uncovered 35-40 minutes. Stir occasionally.
