1 pkg. large flour or whole wheat tortillas
8 oz. low-fat cream cheese
8 oz. low-fat sour cream
1 pkg. dried beef (or get from deli, better quality)
1-2 Tbls. canned jalapeno peppers
small can slice black olives, chopped
Hidden Valley Ranch dressing packet (only use 2 Tbls.)
small red pepper, diced
small onion, diced
Mix all together and spread on tortillas.
Roll up and refrigerate several hours before slicing into ½-inch rounds.
