4 pork loin chops
1 can Campbellās golden mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
3 c. soft bread cubes (we use whole wheat)
2 Tbls. onions (diced fine)
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 t. poultry seasoning
1/3 c. water
Brown chops lightly. Place in a greased shallow baking dish.
To make stuffing, mix bread cubes, onions, butter, poultry seasoning and water. Place a small amount of stuffing on top of each pork chop. Mix soup and 1/2 c. water; pour over chops.
Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 1 hour. Stir gravy occasionally.
Cover the last 15 minutes if stuffing starts to get too brown.
