This recipe came from the Taste of Home Cast Iron Cookbook magazine (2022)
Excellent flavor and super easy!
6 to 8 loin or rib pork chops (3/4-inch) - see Notes section
1 Tbls. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbls. white vinegar
2 t. brown sugar
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 t. chili powder
1/2 t. paprika
3/4 c. ketchup
1/3 c. hot water
Place chop, overlapping slightly if necessary, in a large cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet.
Combine all ingredients; pour over chops.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 40 minutes, turning chops half way through
