1/4 c. water
1 c. brown sugar
4-1/2 t. low sodium soy sauce
4-1/2 t. ketchup
1-1/2 t. ground mustard
1-1/2 c. crushed pineapple (DO NOT DRAIN)
1/2 c. cold water
2 Tbls. + 1 t. cornstarch
Combine 1/4 c. water, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, mustard and pineapple. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Combine cornstarch and 1/2 c. cold water and stir until smooth; stir into pineapple sauce. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Serve with sliced ham.
