2 oz. cream of coconut (or 4 oz. coconut milk)
4 oz. pineapple juice
3 oz. rum
2 large cups of ice cubes
maraschino cherries, for garnish
pineapple chunks, for garnish
Add cream of coconut, pineapple juice, rum and ice cubes to a blender. Mix until smooth.
Serve in a tall glass and garnish with a cherry and pineapple chunk.
