Overnight Oats: Cranberry Orange Oats

Perfect during the Holiday season or anytime throughout the year.
I especially love using orange flavored cranberries

Ingredients
  • 1 c. rolled oats

  • 1 c. milk (your choice)

  • 1/3 c. dried cranberries or orange cranberries

  • 1-1/2 t. orange zest

  • 2 Tbls. honey

  • ½ t. vanilla extract

  • 2-3 Tbls. plain low-fat Greek yogurt

Instructions

In a jar or bowl, mix oats, milk, cranberries, oranges zest, honey and vanilla extract.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. 

In the morning, stir in Greek yogurt to desired consistency and enjoy.
