Perfect during the Holiday season or anytime throughout the year.
I especially love using orange flavored cranberries
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. milk (your choice)
1/3 c. dried cranberries or orange cranberries
1-1/2 t. orange zest
2 Tbls. honey
½ t. vanilla extract
2-3 Tbls. plain low-fat Greek yogurt
In a jar or bowl, mix oats, milk, cranberries, oranges zest, honey and vanilla extract.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, stir in Greek yogurt to desired consistency and enjoy.
