1 c. roll oats
1 c. milk (regular or oat milk)
1/2 c. plain non-fat or low-fat Greek vanilla yogurt
2 Tbls. maple syrup or honey
1 Tbls. chia seeds
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. vanilla
pinch of salt
Raisins, optional for serving
Mix all ingredients together, except raisins, in a large jar or bowl, and stir well.
If using a jar, shake a few times periodically after you refrigerate before going to bed. If using a bowl, stir a few times to break up the chia seeds.
Cover and store it in the refrigerate overnight.
Shake or stir again in the morning, then portion out a serving and add a few raisins, if desired.
