Overnight Oats: Cinnamon Roll

Great flavor

Ingredients
  • 1 c. roll oats

  • 1 c. milk (regular or oat milk)

  • 1/2 c. plain non-fat or low-fat Greek vanilla yogurt

  • 2 Tbls. maple syrup or honey

  • 1 Tbls. chia seeds

  • 1 t. cinnamon

  • 1/2 t. vanilla

  • pinch of salt

  • Raisins, optional for serving

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together, except raisins, in a large jar or bowl, and stir well.

If using a jar, shake a few times periodically after you refrigerate before going to bed. If using a bowl, stir a few times to break up the chia seeds.

Cover and store it in the refrigerate overnight.

Shake or stir again in the morning, then portion out a serving and add a few raisins, if desired.
