2 c. graham crumbs
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. white sugar
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
2 t. vanilla extract
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. orange juice concentrate
grated peel of 1 orange
1 c. mini-chocolate chips
1 t. flour
In food processor, process the cookies into crumbs. With the processor running, pour in the melted butter and sugar, processing a few seconds until well mixed. Press onto bottom and sides of a 9-inch spring form pan.
Blend cheese in food processor until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla, milk, concentrate, and grated orange peel. Blend until smooth.
Toss 1/2 c. mini-chips with the flour; add to filling and pulse 2-3 times to mix.
Pour filling into crust. Sprinkle with remaining chips.
Bake at 300 degrees for about 1 hour or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
