1 pkg. bulk sausage (Jimmy Dean)
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1/8 t. salt
1/4 c. milk
1/2 t. sage
1/2 c. ketchup
1/3 c. water
3 t. brown sugar
1-1/2 t. vinegar
1 t. soy sauce
Mix sausage, bread crumbs, egg, salt, milk and sage. Shape into meatballs and bake on cookie sheet for 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees.
To make sauce, combine all ingredients and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Pour sauce over meatballs and heat in oven to keep warm until ready to serve.
