1/2 – 1 oz. gingerbread syrup (get from Starbuck’s)
1/2 scoop vanilla ice cream (VERY soft, about half melted) or use 1 oz. half & half
Instructions
Mix first five ingredients in shaker with ice.
Shake very well.
Pour into a chilled martini glass that has been rimmed with graham cracker crumbs.
Top with whipped cream and a Pepperidge Farm gingerbread cookie -- awesome!
NOTE: Pour a little Bailey's in a saucer, dip the rims; and then dip them into the graham cracker crumbs. Crush them yourself so they aren’t so powdery.
