12 oz. spiral macaroni, cooked
1/3 c. canola oil
1 cucumber, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. white sugar
1/2 t. Accent seasoning salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. parsley flakes
1 Tbls. prepared yellow mustard
3/4 c. white vinegar
Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain. Coat with oil and set aside.
For dressing, mix sugar, Accent salt, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley flakes, mustard and vinegar; stir until well blended.
Add macaroni to vegetables.
Pour dressing over all and marinate 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
