1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, pricked with a toothpick
1 c. broccoli florets, cut into bite-size pieces
1-2 stalks of celery, cut into bite-size pieces
1 small yellow squash, sliced
1 c. fresh mushrooms, quartered
1/2 can whole black olives (large size)
1 cup cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces
handful of mini carrots (slice thin if thick)
4 oz. Italian (oil) salad dressing (Wishbone)
parmesan cheese for garnish
Mix veggies and add dressing.
Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Stir several times.
Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese before serving.
