Snack: Knox Blox Jello Squares
Fun to use cookie cutters to cut out shapes.

Ingredients
4 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin
3 (3-ounce) packages flavored Jell-O
4 c. boiling water
Instructions
In large bowl, mix Knox and fruit-flavored Jell-O. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Pour into a 9 x 13" pan and chill until firm. Cut into squares or use cookie cutters for desired shapes.
NOTE: Use (3) 6 oz. Jello boxes and 2 pkgs. Knox Jello (4 packets in each) to make in a large sheet pan. Fill pan to your desired thickness. Pour any leftover liquid in a smaller container or pan (8 x 8-inch baking dish).
