10 oz. can of diced tomatoes & green chilies
8 oz. pkg. low-fat cream cheese
1 lb. Mexican Velveeta
1 lb. lean ground sirloin
1 Tbls. sliced jalapeno peppers
tortilla chips (Tostitos)
Brown meat and drain fat.
Soften cream cheese and Velveeta in microwave until creamy. Mix together and add peppers.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
