Cooked in a crockpot
7 c. of water (approximately)
4 beef bouillon cubes or 4 Tbls. Beef soup base
1 pkg. of beef stew meat, browned and seasoned, optional
2 tomatoes, diced
2 carrots, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1/4 head of cabbage (important ingredient!)
1 onion, diced
2 potatoes, diced
1/2 small pkg. frozen beans
1/2 small pkg. frozen corn
Salt and pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste
parsley flakes to taste
Wash, peel and chop all vegetables. Put vegetables, bouillon cubes, and seasonings in crock-pot.
Add meat if desired.
Add water; stir well and cook on high for about six hours.
