Hot Beef Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. lean ground chuck or sirloin

  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper

  • 2/3 c. chopped onion

  • 1/4 c. catsup

  • 8 oz. tomato sauce

  • 1 t. sugar

  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 3/4 t. dried oregano

  • 1/4 t. pepper

  • 8 oz. pkg. low-fat cream cheese

  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

In a skillet, cook ground beef with green pepper, onion and garlic until brown; drain fat.

Add tomato sauce, catsup, sugar, oregano and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in cheeses until melted.

Transfer to fondue pot, serve warm with Tortilla chips.

NOTE: Serves 8-10.
