The homemade honey mustard sauce is delicious! Quick easy meal to make.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbls. mayonnaise (Hellman’s with olive oil)
3-1/2 Tbls. Dijon mustard
2-3/4 Tbls. honey
1 t. soy sauce (low sodium Kikkoman)
2 t. fresh lemon juice
Mix together Dijon mustard, honey, soy sauce and lemon juice. Remove 3 tablespoons of the Honey Mustard Sauce and set aside.
Mix the chicken breasts with the remaining marinade and let sit for up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
When ready to grill, preheat grill to medium and grill chicken 6 to 7 minutes per side or until juices run clear and the chicken reaches 165 degrees.
Serving Sauce: Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the reserved 3 tablespoons of Honey Mustard Sauce.
Drizzle over grilled chicken breasts and enjoy!
