1-2 lbs. 1/2-inch thick ham steak OR 4-6 individual ham steaks (1/4" thick)
1/3 c. apricot jam (good quality)
1 t. lemon juice
1 Tbls. prepared mustard
1/8 t. ground cinnamon
Cook marinade ingredients in saucepan until blended; about 2-3 minutes.
Grill ham over medium coals about 8-10 minutes on each side.
Brush with marinade the last few minutes of grilling.
